Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders (India):

  • Shipping costs for the product delivery will be displayed at the checkout.

  • Delivery Timelines: Orders are delivered within 7 to 12 business days for most locations in India. Remote areas may require additional time.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible pin codes at a nominal fee of Rs.99. COD is restricted to select items only.


International Orders:

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Charges will be displayed at checkout for review before order placement.

  • Customs and Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the courier or customs office upon delivery.

  • Delivery Timelines will be based on the location and custom clearance.

General:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Tracking information will be shared once the order is shipped.

  • In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), customers will be notified promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Kashmir Allure, our philosophy is to provide you with exceptional products and outstanding services. While we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience, we understand that there may be situations requiring a refund or exchange. To address such cases, we have outlined our refund and exchange policy as follows:
 

  1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

    • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery for food products and within 7 days of delivery for craft products.

    • Items must be in their original condition, which means:

      • Unused, unworn, and undamaged.

      • With all original tags and labels intact.

      • Packed in the original packaging without any alterations.
         

  2. Process for Refund or Exchange:

    • Customers must contact our Customer Support team at contact@kashmirallure.com with the order details and reason for the return or exchange.

    • After approval, customers will receive instructions for shipping the item back to our facility.

    • Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected for compliance with our return guidelines.
       

  3. Timelines for Refund or Exchange:

    • Replacements: Delivered within:

      • 5-10 working days for food products.

      • 12-15 working days for craft products.

    • Refunds: Processed within 7-10 working days after verification of the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
       

  4. Non-Eligible Items for Refund or Exchange:

    • Customized or personalized products.

    • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

    • Products that appear tampered, used, or damaged by the customer.
       

  5. Shipping Costs for Returns:

    • If the return is due to a defect or incorrect product sent by us, we will bear the shipping costs.

    • In all other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
       

  6. Commitment to Quality:
    At Kashmir Allure, we take great care to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards of quality. Many of our items are handcrafted, making each piece unique and special. Variations in texture, color, or size are a natural part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
